Sea Otter standing
We sea otters are fast and clever animals - most of all in the water, but also when we cavort on rocks in the water or along the shoreline. I like to show my curiosity by sticking my cheeky little nose up in the air and I often invite my family to play, because even we grown-up sea otters from Ostheimer are playful creatures, not to mention our little ones.

Ostheimer sea otters
Stephan Zech designed our group of sea otters and brought them into the Ostheimer collection in 2013, together with the raccoons and beavers. The cheerfully moving family reflects the sociability and playfulness of these animals. When you play with the sea otters, you can feel the nimbleness and agility with which they move in the sea or on the rocks.
