How can I make a return via DHL

To initiate a return via DHL, you can create your return label yourself and hand in the package with the items to be returned to a DHL acceptance point. The return label is created and downloaded via the DHL portal for return deliveries. To do this, just enter your sender address. You are welcome to enter your order number in the "Customer's reference" field, which will help us to assign the return.

You can print out the created return label yourself, attach it to the parcel and hand it in at a DHL acceptance point (e.g. branch, parcel shop). You do not need to enclose any other forms or the like with your return package. The return can be assigned to your order using the return label. If at hand however, you are welcome to enclose a note, for example a copy of the invoice - this will make it even easier for us to assign the returned items to the corresponding order.
