Returns are possible within 14 days in our Ostheimer brand shop. Returns within Germany are free of charge.
Process a Return
- Go to your order in the shop
- Click on "Return Items" --> select the items to be returned and state the reason
- "Review changes"
- If everything is correct --> "Send request": You will receive an email "Return request has been submitted".
- If the return ist approved, an email will be sent to you with return instructions and the return label.
- Once we have received the return, the refund can be arranged.
