Returns with DHL
To initiate a return via DHL, please inform us by email, including the order number. We will then send you a return label to print, and you can drop off the package containing the items to be returned at a DHL drop-off point.
You do not need to include any additional forms or documents with your return package. The return can be matched to your order using the return label. If available, you are welcome to include a note, such as a copy of the invoice – this will make it easier for us to match the returned items to the corresponding order.
Items from multiple orders can be combined in one return package and sent back together. All legal details regarding the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Returns from abroad
The return costs are to be borne by the customer. For security reasons, we recommend using a shipping service with shipment tracking. An enclosed note - e.g. a copy of the invoice - is helpful in assigning the returned items to the corresponding order.
