How can I make a return?

To return an item via DHL within Germany, please notify us by email, including the order number. We will then send you a return label to print, and you can drop off the package containing the items you wish to return at a DHL drop-off point.

You do not need to include any additional forms or documents with your return package. The return can be matched to your order using the return label. If you have any relevant information, such as a copy of the invoice, please feel free to include it – this will help us to match the returned items to the correct order.

Items from multiple orders can be combined and sent back together in one return package. All legal details regarding the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
