I most like to lie in the grass and enjoy the sunshine, either next to the shepard or right in the middle of all the other white and brown Ostheimer sheep. I'm a bit dreamy and sometimes even nod off while watching the other lambs play around me.

Ostheimer sheep
There is a large family of sheep from Ostheimer, consisting of ten white and brown sheep. They are some the oldest figures in our collection. In fact, the first sheep were designed even before the other farm animals as part of the Ostheimer nativity scene.
These early designs were created by Walter Ostheimer, but it was Margarete Ostheimer who gave the sheep the classic form they have today. Soon, they were joined by the shepherd and his herding dog who eventually became the logo of our company, which is based in Zell unter Aichelberg, an old Swabian shepherd village.
